I will be guiding you through the process. It is important to stay in sequence and not get ahead. It can throw you off course to look at the information that is out of context with where you are right now.
This mini-course has been designed in order and in the proper sequence. I recommend doing this mini-course one lesson at a time with a day in between each lesson. This is the time to give yourself permission to slow down and allow the space to learn.
